The young girl of the past You Can’t Take a Balloon books, who is visiting Boston with her grandfather, grandmother, and little brother remembers as they are entering the Museum of Fine Arts that you can’t take a balloon into an art museum. Tired, the grandmother offers to stay outside of with the balloon. The balloon gets loose resulting in the grandmother, a young policeman, and many others chasing it all over Boston. The extremely detailed pictures of the balloon chase parallel the artwork the girl, her brother, and her grandfather see in the museum. Although the book has no words, it entertains for hours.
